All patients should maintain social distancing while in the building

All patients will be required to wear face coverings congruent with CDC recommendations

Employees will wear face coverings and PPE as recommended by the CDC

Healthcare workers at Rashid Plastic Surgery are compliant with mandates set forth in “Section 2: Vaccination Requirements for Health Care Workers” of Executive Order No 87

Patients must certify they are asymptomatic of COVID-19 symptoms and have not been exposed to a COVID-19 positive person at their appointment

Symptomatic or exposed patients must cancel his/her appointment

Fees and penalties will be waived for COVID related cancellations

As an alternative to our waiting room, patients may text us upon arrival at 309-328-3248 to be notified when an exam room is ready for direct entry

We are disinfecting all areas of our office multiple times a day with EPA-registered disinfectant products qualified for use against SARS-CoV-2

Surgeons and staff will not be shaking hands and hallway doors have been propped open

We are screening staff as recommended by the CDC

Some of our amenities in the waiting room may not be operational in order to minimize contact

Hand sanitizer and/or soap and water are readily available

As always, we remain complaint with all federal and state requirements
